VTube Studio model setup and troubleshooting for client

Additional outfits and hairstyles will vary in price depending on how different they are from the original model, as well as the number of parts/layers. If possible, we ask for the pose of the alternate outfit to be the same as the original outfit, for the highest efficiency

In some cases, additional outfits or hairstyles will have to be scheduled at a later time, apart from the original model's rigging

Each package includes 4 initial expressions. There will be additional costs for each additional expression depending on severity. DM me or the artist for more information.

Revisions are only 2x, during the sketch process and coloring process. Model design changes will be available only within the sketch progress.

This package doesn't include Live2D rigging.

The price already includes commercial use.

The PSD files are ready for rigging as I and the artists are discussing together on the project.

Our motion graphic animator can only work on the commission on Saturday and Sunday at the moment because of his full-time job.

Please provide ready-to-animate assets, as for now we only accept animation requests.

Stream Screens Loop already includes 3 screens (stream start, be right back, stream end). There will be an additional cost and delivery time if the client requests a different screen for the intro and outro depends on the complexity.

2x Free revisions, There will be additional cost for further revision depending on the complexity.

You'll get MP4 60/30fps (depending on your choice). For a stinger, you'll get a WebM format and a troubleshoot for your OBS. Resolution for logo are 2000x2000px and 1920x1080px for the others.

Delivery time is roughly 7 days per project. It may take longer depending on the workload.

There will be an additional cost for commercial use.

We have the right to refuse any project.

Live2D project files for the model will not be given to the client.

We only accept payment once we are ready to start on a project.

Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned art and or rig for non-fungible tokens. Use of our art and or rigging for any advertising or profits associated with non-fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited and will be blacklisted.

In most cases, we will not rig a previously rigged model. There are rare exceptions, and in those cases, We require permission from both the model artist and the original live2d rigger.

Individual slots will not be taken until we have confirmed details with the client, have a proper PSD, and have decided to take on the project.

We require a 2-4 week window for finishing the project. This window starts when I begin your project, and not when you take a slot or are added to the waitlist.

We may not be able to accept it if the deadline is tight.

Payment can be split up by part (Art and/or Rigging) but must be paid upfront before we begin to work on the part of the project.

We do not accept "NSFW" projects.

In the case that permission is given to Livestream working on your commission, there is a possibility that Tea_Con will test the movement of your model with tracking software on stream.

Texture size will be 4096x4096 but can be adjusted smaller if necessary.

For VTuber rigging commissions, the provided art should be in a default position, looking straight forward, have the face parts drawn with symmetry and character's face being perfectly centered on the canvas.

Progress videos or pictures are sent to the client periodically or when there are enough things to be shown; adjustments are made according to any feedback.

Once the model is complete, we will send a .zip file with the model folder for VTube Studio with the sample watermark for testing; adjustments are made according to any feedback.

If there are any small adjustments desired by the client after trying out the model, these points will be fixed and we will send a new version of the files.

Assistance will be provided to the client if tracking settings need any adjustments.

If you would like additions or new things added to your model at a later time, we can discuss scheduling. We will prioritize any current commission We are working on any adjustments or additions for past models.
